About Allison
Allison M. Miller is the Development Director for Destined for Glory Ministries, where she loves witnessing God's children gain the freedom to live wholeheartedly and become who God wants them to be.
Born in Alabama, Allison's parents relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, when she was five years old, and this is where she calls home.
For the past decade, Allison has been an independent contractor working mainly with non-profit organizations and as a life coach. Her work life began selling fudge and blackberries with her sister at twelve, babysitting at fourteen, with a short stint as a fryer and cashier at McDonald's. After her teens, she had over a thirty-year banking and commercial real estate management career.
In 2007 she was profoundly awakened when she received God's lavish love and divine healing after experiencing decades of complex trauma. During the following years, The Lord led her to focus on helping others to know Him more intimately and receive His love and healing for living wholeheartedly. After graduating from Light University in 2013 as a Certified Advanced Life Coach, she left behind the security of her real-estate career to coach, write, and serve. In 2014 her memoir, Desperate for Love, was published where tens of thousands can find themselves throughout the pages. In 2024, Allison received her Board Certification as a Master Mental Health Coach.
Allison is a loving mom, mom-in-love, and grandmother of four. She is an Artist, Author, Life and Mental Health Coach, Ordained Minister, and co-host of the podcast MILMAC Musings.
She loves God's Word and passionately shares with others what she learns to revive hope, restore confidence, and reconcile alignment of the heart, mind, and soul for living a free, whole life in Jesus Christ.
